Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully. By submitting a booking request you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

1. Reservations & Payment

  • A 50% deposit of the estimated total reserves the house exclusively for your date and time. The balance is due 48 hours before the event.
  • Dates and times are held only once the deposit is received. Until then, availability may change.
  • Bookings are confirmed by our concierge in writing. A pending request does not constitute a confirmed reservation.

2. Availability & Scheduling

  • Misan & Co hosts one gathering at a time. Reserved dates and times are blocked automatically, with a mandatory 2-hour buffer between bookings.
  • Setup is included when Misan & Co handles your décor. Where you bring your own décor team, the complimentary one-hour setup window applies; additional setup time is charged at ₦15,000 per hour.
  • Bookings that end after 9 PM include a security fee of ₦15,000.

3. Cancellations & Changes

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Within 14 days, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • Date changes are accommodated once subject to availability, at no additional charge.
  • In the event of a cancellation by Misan & Co, all payments are refunded in full.

4. Vendors & Catering

  • External vendors are welcome. Before the event, all external vendors attend a brief coordination meeting with our Lead Concierge.
  • Where catering is included in your package, the menu is finalised at least seven days before the event.
  • For packages with a catering builder, selections are capped at the stated catering budget.

5. Conduct & Liability

  • Guests are expected to treat the house and its furnishings with care. Damage caused during a booking is the responsibility of the booking party.
  • Misan & Co is not liable for the loss of personal belongings left on the premises.
  • We reserve the right to decline or end any gathering that compromises the safety or comfort of guests, staff or the property.
