We are looking for a thorough, dependable Housekeeper who will keep our spaces clean, orderly and ready to welcome guests. This role goes beyond routine cleaning. You will help prepare spaces before events, maintain cleanliness during bookings and restore each space afterwards. You should notice what needs attention, take initiative and handle our furniture, equipment and supplies carefully.

The Brand Photographer / Videographer captures and communicates the quality, atmosphere and personality of Misan & Co. through compelling photography and video. Your work will help prospective clients understand our hospitality experience, showcase our services and preserve important moments from events. Working with the founders, Social Media Manager and operations team, you will translate creative briefs into well-planned shoots covering our spaces, celebrations, food, drinks, service details and guest experiences. You will prepare equipment, develop shot lists and capture both planned content and spontaneous moments with strong composition, appropriate lighting and clear audio where required. The role includes editing agreed deliverables, preparing footage for the video editor, maintaining a consistent visual style and organising files so they can be easily retrieved and reused. You must work discreetly around guests, respect consent arrangements and coordinate coverage without disrupting an event. Success requires creative judgement and dependable execution: arriving prepared, capturing the required moments, protecting equipment and delivering polished assets on schedule. Friday office attendance, additional scheduled shoots and weekend event coverage form part of the working arrangement.

The Assistant Manager supports the Hospitality Operations Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the daily operational standards of Misan & Co. This is a hands-on role requiring close attention to the condition of our spaces, the readiness of each event and the comfort of every guest. You will coordinate preparations, supervise housekeeping and event support staff, guide vendors and ensure that agreed arrangements are executed accurately and on time. Before each booking, you will review the event brief, inspect the space and confirm that furniture, equipment, supplies and service arrangements are ready. During events, you will remain available to guests, anticipate their needs and address routine issues promptly, escalating matters that require the Manager’s approval. The role also includes inventory checks, equipment care, incident reporting, post-event inspections and ensuring that spaces are cleaned, reset and secured after use. You will be expected to identify problems early, follow tasks through to completion and maintain standards when the Manager is absent. Success in this role means events run smoothly, guests feel thoughtfully cared for and routine operations are handled reliably without constant founder intervention.

We are looking for a manager who can take ownership of the daily business, lead the team and deliver exceptional hospitality consistently. You will manage the journey from first enquiry and venue viewing through booking, event delivery and post-event care. You will also protect our assets, control operating costs and turn quiet periods into productive time. The role centres on management, planning, sales follow-up and service delivery. You will oversee decor execution against the agreed client specification while organising the people and resources needed to deliver the full experience.
